Conrad James is our project and acquisitions manager He is a graduate of Appalachian State University. His specialization in acquiring the right properties for our company is a valuable asset in today's market. Conrad works with our engineer and survey contractors in the removal of vegetation and soil preservation in the building process.

Carly Sara is an excellent asset to our team. She is responsible for our fair housing and sustainability for all properties we manage. Carly is a graduate of UNCG with an M.B.A. from UNCW. Carly has secured and negotiated housing for many Veterans and families in need. Her skills have helped turn renters into homeowners.  

Project Manager

Tina Belle is a graduate of UNC with a master's in Business finance. She started J.T. Enterpeise LLC with a focus on real estate. Her dedication to helping families go from renting to home ownership has been her goal from the start of forming J.T. Enterprise LLC in 2007. 

Our Head of Operations

James Kempski is our property manager. His responsibilities are to organize and maintain all of J.T. Enterprises rental properties. In addition, he is in charge of ensuring the company's profitability.
